Route event ticket payments through centralized Ladill Pay.

Replace per-owner gateway checkout with platform Paystack via the Pay API, drop owner key requirements from settings, and add coverage for init and idempotent completion. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
