Org name, branches, and visitors now come from DemoWorld so continuity
matches Care/Queue across the suite, plus Members for DemoWorld staff
with a frontdesk role. Also resolve organization by owner_ref when
metadata.frontdesk.organization_id is missing, and skip reseed-on-login
for DemoWorld staff emails.

Pro includes 5,000 email and 5,000 SMS host alerts per month with hard
monthly caps; Enterprise is unlimited. Custom badge templates are
Enterprise-only, and plan benefit copy matches the new limits.
Enforce billed_branches when adding or reactivating branches, charge
wallet for extra seats mid-cycle, fix Settings for Enterprise, and
cover multi-branch checkout and renewal amounts in tests.
Pro is GHS 990/branch/mo and Enterprise is GHS 1990/branch/mo, with the
Care-style branch selector UI, self-serve Enterprise checkout, and renewal
charges scaled to billed branches.
Pass organization logo/name through ContactMessageMail for daily reports and campaigns, and drop the Ladill product footer.

Frontdesk now calls ladill.com/api/afia/chat using IDENTITY_API_KEY_FRONTDESK
so production does not need a separate OpenAI key in the frontdesk .env.
